1Do I have to get my car serviced by main dealer?
You are not obliged (since October 2003) to get the car serviced by a franchise dealer during the warranty period. You must though get it serviced according to the manufacturer's recommended schedule and criteria using only manufacturer approved parts. The legislation only applies to the part of the warranty offered by the manufacturer, i.e. insurance-backed extended warranties offered by dealers are not covered and may stipulate different conditions. If you do get the car serviced outside the dealer network, you must make sure it's done to the maker's recommended schedule and criteria using approved parts. You must also keep records so you can demonstrate to the manufacturer that servicing was undertaken to their requirements.
2Can you carry out vehicle warranty repairs?
Yes. We have dealt with many warranty repairs and can help guide you through the process.
3Can you stamp my service book?
Yes. We will stamp your service book to show which service has been carried out. Also if applicable, we will go onto your vehicle manufacturer's web portal and electronically enter your vehicle as having been serviced to manufacturer's specifications.
4My service light is on, will you be able to reset it?
Yes. We have all the necessary top electronic equipment and correct information to reset service lights and variable service indicators.
5Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. All our work and our service parts fitted by us are guaranteed. You can rest assure your vehicle is in great hands. 
6Do you offer a collection and delivery service?
Yes we are able to collect and deliver your vehicle - all at a time that is convenient for you. We have regular clients from Essex, North London, South London, East London and even the East Midlands. Free collection within 3 miles. Contact us for more details.
7Do I need to make an appointment?
For most service and repair jobs, we would ask you to make an appointment, so we can allocate workshop time that is convenient to you. We do however, stress to all of our customers that if it's an emergency, or just one of those annoying little jobs, to simply bring your vehicle straight round!
8Do you have a waiting room?
We have a comfortable, clean waiting room, with coffee machine, internet and reading material. If a longer wait? Asda supermarket and McDonalds is just a 5 minutes walk away. If you fancy doing some shopping, Lakeside Shopping Centre is only a 10 minute drive away.
9Is there a break down of the cost of my repair?
Yes. On all our estimates/quotes our labour & parts will have a break down of the costs.
10Why do I need to service my car?
Servicing a car regularly not only ensures the vehicle is safe, but will maintain your vehicle, keeping it in the best possible condition. This will help to keep costs down by helping to maintain major components for longer.
11Can I supply the parts for you to fit?
Yes you can, although when supplying your own parts we can not guarantee or warrant the parts & labour if it fails.
